A group of students from the Sound Design and Composition and Music Technology courses are currently involved with a biofeedback project. The aim is to develop new daring concepts of how to integrate biofeedback in a live performance and/or interactive installation.

As kickoff for this project we invited HKU alumni Beer van Geer to do a lecture on his work with biofeedback. His works ranges from art installations to applied games. Beer will be consultant on this project for the students.

Here is an impression of one of Beer’s projects called BioDome.

The end results of the work of the student teams will be presented at the end of November 2014.
